Customer Service/Sales Associate

Full-time | Stanfordville, NY

You would be responsible for responding to client and prospect requests, and project coordination.

We seek an energetic, highly motivated and reliable “self starter” for a great opportunity in our Stanfordville, New York office.

As a customer service administrator/sales associate, you will be a key member of the team – interfacing with employees in sales, production, and accounting along with clients, vendors, and prospects. Your principal responsibilities will include responding to client and prospect requests, and coordinating projects with multiple parties.

Experience in sales and/or customer service is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person. The ideal candidate is highly organized, capable of multi-tasking, computer literate, familiar with MS Office, and very customer service oriented. Because a great deal of interaction with our clients is conducted by telephone, the individual must have an excellent telephone manner and be comfortable in both facilitating and closing sales by phone. The individual must also be a self starter, capable of keeping the work moving along without constant supervision. Knowledge of video production is a plus but not required.

Educational Requirements: BA or BS preferred.
